Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@displayit.shop. Returns should be sent to: Unit 17C, Top Barn Business Centre, Worcester, WR6 6NH.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first won’t be accepted.

If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ll always make it right.

Damages and issues

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item. We’ll take care of the return and make things right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you’d like is to return your item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take a little longer for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
