Display is designed to be simple.

Each frame uses strong magnets to keep your cards secure, while keeping your cards accessible if you decide to swap out the featured cards at any time.

This guide covers how to open your frame, insert your cards, and put everything back together.

What you’ll need

Before you start, make sure you have:

  • Display frame

  • Standard-sized deck sleeve

  • Your favourite card

What do you mean by “standard-sized deck sleeve”?

A standard-size deck sleeve is the snug-fitting sleeve you will find in something like a Pokémon Elite Trainer Box (ETB).

Brands often label them as “Standard sized sleeves”, “Deck sleeves”, or “Premium sleeves”.

We don’t recommend using penny sleeves for Display. Penny sleeves are thin, soft sleeves, have a loose fit, and can add unwanted glare.

For the best fit and finish, use the kind of sleeve you’d normally use to build a deck, not the ultra-thin ones you’d use for bulk storage.

A snug sleeve will help your card sit in the centre of the frame and look neater. You don't want to notice the sleeve at all. If in doubt, send us a message with the sleeves you have and we’ll advise.

1.Unpack your Display frame

Remove the outer sleeve and recycle it.

2. Remove the inner circle

Poke your finger through the hexagon shaped hole in the back of the frame to separate the inner circle sandwich from the hexagon.

This will reveal the storage compartment where your 3M Command Strips are located in the back of the circle sandwich. If you plan to wall mount your Display frame, remove the strips and place them to one side for later use, if not, leave them be; they’re sleeping.

3. Open the inner circle

Remove the face from the inner circle with one twist and pull motion to break the magnetic seal.

(If the UV-resistant window has come loose during transit, simply push fit it back into the face circle. The window is designed to be removable incase of damage so it can be replaced. )

4.Insert your sleeved card

Place your card inside a standard-sized deck sleeve, and lay it on the engraved card bed of the thicker circle.

Top Tip: adjust where your card sits within the sleeve to ensure the card is centered within the window, this may take a few tries, but it's worth the extra effort.

Reconnect the top of the circle to the bottom to create a tasty card sandwich. 🥪 (Please don't eat it.)

5.Set the orientation

Decide which way you’re planning on wall mounting Display and insert the circle back into the main hexagon frame facing your desired orientation.

See our layout guide for help deciding how you’re going to layout your Display

If you plan on placing Display on a shelf, please ensure your card is in the correct orientation for the frame to be flat side up.

6.All done

Simple as that. Your card is now protected and ready to Display.

Repeat for as many frames as you have then start hanging your best cards on the wall.
